Grilled Corn Salsa

Hi! finally i'm back pheewwww!! been doing lots of stuff including my Thesis and got no time to Cook or even blogging. But now here i am! So, this time i'll share one of my fav recipe "Grilled Corn Salsa". Buat yg suka makan Nachos or Tortilla or even on a diet, this recipe will suit you best! :D

"Grilled Corn Salsa"




here's the Recipe;


Bahan: 
-2 buah Jagung – di pisahkan dari batangnya
-2 buah tomat – potong kotak kotak
-1/3 cup Daun Ketumbar (Coriander Leaves) – di potong kasar / sesuai selera
-1 buah Lemon – ambil air nya saja
-Garam secukupnya

Cara:
-Grilled / Panggang / Bakar Jagung sampai matang (bisa juga di rebus sampai matang lalu di sauté / di sangrai di Teflon tanpa minyak untuk mendapatkan kesan di bakar) lalu diamkan hingga dingin
-campurkan semua bahan di atas lalu beri garam dan siap di sajikan

Serving Suggestion:
-Dimakan dengan Nachos / Tortilla 
-Dimakan dengan roti panggang
-Sebagai hidangan pelengkap Ayam Panggang atau Daging Panggang
